Self Evaluation Made Simple
This one-day face-to-face programme aims to help heads and senior leaders understand the self-evaluation process and prepare them for the new Estyn Framework 2024-2030. Although Estyn encourages heads and senior leaders to undertake peer inspection training, this can be an intense experience. Alternatively, self-evaluation made simple will equip primary school leaders with the knowledge to be Inspection-ready and have a highly effective and collaborative system for the self-evaluation cycle. Changes will be discussed, and the latest information from the ‘what’ and ‘how’ Estyn documents will be discussed. You will understand the latest inspection processes, enabling you to plan for and manage an inspection within your setting.
By the end of the day, you will leave with many myths busted and practical strategies to help you through your inspection. You will feel equipped and ready to face the challenges of the inspection process.
