This training will guide practitioners who lead early years practice to become more effective in their role. The influence of the new Curriculum for Wales 2020 on practice and the expectations of Estyn/CIW will be discussed during the training.

Course Presenter: Nia Beynon

WELSH and EARLY YEARS - Nia Beynon is a first language Welsh speaker and offers training in both Welsh and English. With a career within early years spanning over three decades, Nia has been responsible for offering consultancy, support and training within a variety of early years roles. She has worked with day nurseries, play groups, schools and local authorities. Nia believes that the learning environment has a vital role to play in children's learning and this element plays an important role within training programmes. Making use of the most recent research ensures that early years teams are functioning at the highest level to provide quality experiences for children.
