Effective Behaviour Management Strategies
Not all children start school knowing what is acceptable and unacceptable behaviour. Creating a positive environment with clear expectations, rules and routines, positive reinforcements and correctives is essential in preparing pupils to progress throughout the school. This one-day course provides tried and tested strategies based around the good choice model and the 3 Rs Reinforcements, Rewards and Reflection.

Nicola has taught for fourteen years in a variety of settings, including mainstream and special needs schools. During this time she has developed a reputation for managing the most difficult classes and pupils. She has published the following articles and books:
